With Tamil Nadu all set to go to the polls in just a few months, authorities officers concerned in election work would now be included within the precedence group of frontline staff for COVID-19 vaccination.

Health Secretary J. Radhakrishnan on Monday mentioned the officers who have been to be deployed for election work can be thought to be frontline staff.
