“Our chief associate director Nidhin Panicker came up with this house; it turned out to be better than what I had in mind. Actor Unnimaya Prasad, who can also be the movie’s govt producer — Joji’s author is her husband Syam Pushkaran — says: “It was the first and last house we had checked out.
